fichu plushu

okiii so i have been working on this to get a try with minky fabric eue
buuutttt, im havign a problem where my stitching shows really bad and idk where im going wrong xp
it night be because
-im not a strong sticher
-using black thread with light fabric
-idk much about sewing and im using the wrong stich
